Plans for new homes in Plumstead

There are proposals to build eight new homes on Sladedale Road in Plumstead on a vacant site halfway along the road. They”ll be eight flats in four buildings. This replaces a previous scheme for four houses approved back in 2010.

I normally wouldn’t cover developments that are quite small-scale but this site has raised a fair amount of conversation over recent years as nothing as happened.

The buildings are single story facing Sladedale Road and two story on the opposite side due to topographical changes.

The planning reference is 17/2588/F
