Man found with multiple stab wounds in Thamesmead

Police were called last night to Thamesmead and found a man suffering multiple stab wounds.

The victim, aged in his 20s, was taken to an east London trauma centre.

Police were called at 9.43pm last night after reports that a man had been stabbed in Attlee Road.



His injuries are not believed to be life- threatening.

No arrests have been made and enquiries are continuing.

For those unsure of the exact location, this part of Thamesmead is a fair bit north of the sewer bank. It’s a few hundred metres east of Morrisons.
