New flats for Crayford town centre
Plans are in for new flats in Crayford town centre at 86 Crayford Road opposite Carphone Warehouse.
It’s slightly further along from 33 flats being built by Ash Group with amusingly nonsensical slogans such as “South East London’s newest destination for luxury living”. Yep, next to a MOT centre in Zone 6.
At this new site, seven flats would be built, with each being two bedroom.
A single house currently sits on the plot.
