Lorry hits bridge adding to rail issues

It’s not a great return to work for those who use trains. After a broken rail stopped services for four hours around Plumstead earlier (delays still linger) we have a lorry driving into a bridge near Victoria.

This is affecting lines out of Victoria such as the service via the Bexleyheath line and to Bromley via Brixton.

EDIT: It appears something has gone wrong again around Plumstead and Woolwich. At the time of writing (4:45pm) the line is blocked.
