Fence of death surrounds Greenwich office block

A fence signalling impending doom now envelops a Greenwich office block on Norman Road as plans for new flats move forward.

With any luck this not particularly nice block will soon be coming down. Plans for replacement with new-build flats was approved in March 2019.

They’ll be 63 homes in total in a block rising to 12 stories.

Norman Road is a hotbed of developments stretching almost the entire road including a proposed tower to the north:
