Emergency services attend incident at Kidbrooke station

Emergency services have been called to Kidbrooke station blocking the Eltham and Bexleyheath line after a person was seen “sitting on tracks”.

Numerous emergency sevrice vehicles rushed to the site with the person seen receiving help after trains were stopped.

Southeastern have stated trains are diverted where possible (some other lines closed for engineering work) and passengers can use tickets on buses.

UPDATE: Trains now returning to normal.
