Police seek man after train assault

British Transport Police have put out an appeal for help tracing a man in connection with an assault.

A passenger was punched in the face on a train from Charing Cross to Grove Park.



According to police: “At approximately 11.30pm on 24 May officers were called to the station following an assault on board a Southeastern service travelling between Charing Cross and Hither Green. 

A man in his twenties was punched in the face by another man. The victim received a cut to his lip. All parties left the train at Grove Park. 

Officers believe the man shown in this CCTV image may have information which could help them investigate.
