Man dies after double stabbing at Elephant & Castle tube station

The British Transport Police have said that a 24 year old man stabbed at Elephant and Castle tube station has died of his injuries.

Two men were stabbed in the incident last night around 10:30pm. The other victim is 25 years old and two people have been arrested.

  • Poor soul, I hope his killers receive a suitably harsh sentence. A few years ago I would have silently been grateful that I didn’t live in such a rough neighbourhood as the Elephant. Now Greenwich seems to be doing its utmost to compete

  • My thoughts and prayers are with the victims family and friends. I totally agree Charles much tougher sentences are required by the Courts for violent crimes like knife crime, Section 60 stop and search also needs to be made permanent to fight these terrible crimes. Rather than when a serious incident occurs.
