Helicopter lands after Eltham stabbing

The Air Ambulance landed in Horn park this afternoon after a man was stabbed on Simnal Road.

The incident occurred just before 1.30pm.

Police and the London Ambulance Service attended and found the victim in his 30s having been stabbed.

He has been taken to a south London hospital for treatment. This follows news of a stabbing in Woolwich last night.
