A serious incident in Plumstead this morning has seen Cardiff Street closed by police after an 18 year old was stabbed.

The victim is in critical condition. No arrests have yet been made with police seeking witnesses.

Junction with Timbercroft Road

Anyone with information can call police at 101 or tweet @MetCC and quote CAD 302/24Oct. Another option is to call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”

TfL report bus route 291 is curtailed with Timbercroft Lane shut near Timbercroft school and so buses are unable to serve the area.
