Police appeal after shots reportedly fired in Thamesmead

Police are appealing for help after gun shots were reported in Thamesmead.

The incident occurred on Disraeli Close at 1:38pm. Firearms officers from SO19 attended the scene though found no victim or suspect .

The area has been tapped off for some time and door to door enquirers have been conducted by Trident officers.

Police are asking for help and can be contacted on 101 and quoting 3906/24NOV or calling Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
