Rotherhithe Tunnel closed after crash

A man has been seriously injured after a crash this morning in the Rotherhithe Tunnel.

The crash occurred around 5am and the tunnel closed since. TfL state it will be closed for much of the morning.

Traffic is heavy this morning around Tower Bridge and Greenwich after an accident in the Rotherhite Tunnel. Evelyn Street and Creek Road are slow moving.

  • Early in the morning. I wonder if tiredness played a part? I home the injured man makes a good recovery.
