Blackwall Tunnel blocked – and Woolwich ferry closed

Queues are building as the Blackwall Tunnel is blocked due to a broken down car.

The Woolwich ferry is also closed all weekend due to staff shortages.

Traffic has backed up to the flyover through east Greenwich in a matter of minutes.

Work is underway to remove the vehicle.
