Rotherhithe Tunnel shut for “tree pruning”. Long delays in Greenwich

There is heavy traffic across Rotherhithe, Deptford and Greenwich today as the Rotherhithe Tunnel is closed for tree pruning work.

It should reopen within the hour but then close again tomorrow for much of the day.

There are queues along Lower Road through Deptford towards Greenwich.
