Man hit by bus in Greenwich

A man has been injured after being hit by a bus near North Greenwich station.

The incident is reported to have occurred on Millennium Way. A large number of people helped free the man.



TfL state that:

“Bus routes 108,129,132,161,335,472 and 486 are on diversion due to a road traffic collision at Commercial Way. Buses are diverted in both directions via Peartree Way, Bugsbys Way, John Harrison Way and West Parkside”

  • It was outside the Oden and Nandos at the millennium leisure park. The crowd lifted the bus up to pull the man out from underneath. Its was terrible but at the same time remarkable. Hopeful that he recovers

  • Hi.. Thank you for your interest on him.. And thank to anyone comes to help him. He’s in hospital and his in need of a long recovery but he’s in life and that’s the most important thing..
