Three arrested at Slade Green station

The latest police operation targeting weapons and antisocial behaviour on trains took place at Slade Green yesterday. One man was arrested for possession of a knife.

Three people were arrested for:

  • An Adult Male was arrested for possession of a pointed or bladed article in public following a stop and search.
  • An adult male in his 20’s was spotted as officers arrived as someone who was wanted for being recalled to prison following a licence breach.
  • An adult male was arrested following a search and found to be wanted at Bromley Magistrates Court for breaching a community sentence.

This is the latest in a series of operations at various stations. Last week another took place at Woolwich Arsenal.
