Man falls from Deptford tower block during police raid

A man fell from a Deptford tower block today as police attempted to enter a property.

The man apparently jumped from an upper floor of Dolphin Tower.

An Air Ambulance landed nearby. Police said in a statement:

“Police attended Dolphin Tower to carry out an arrest enquiry.

While officers attempted to gain entry to the address, a man had fallen from a window. He has been taken to hospital where we await an update on his condition.

The Met’s Directorate of Professional Standards has been notified as per standard procedure following previous contact with the man.”

As a private renter living costs are very high and ads bring in relatively little to the site. I run it alone, and you can support me through Paypal with a one-off or monthly donation here

Another option is via Patreon with offers monthly payments by clicking here

Finally there's the Ko-fi option

Many thanks
