Former Eltham sheltered housing block sold to nursery operator

After 18 months without a sale, a former Care Home building in Eltham has finally been sold to a nursery operator.

It was initially for sale at £1 million back in late 2018. There were no takers for some time.

There’s no word yet on the sale price and the level of reduction needed to sell.

The building was operated by Abbeyfield and located on Westmount Road.
