Police threatened with knife outside Eltham station

Police were threatened with a knife outside Eltham station yesterday after being called to the area.

The incident occurred at 15:30 after reports of an armed suspect. Upon arrival the suspect “brandished the knife towards the officers”.

They were disarmed and arrested. No one was injured.
