Christmas site appeal

Hello again readers and as we approach the end of another year there’s many changes ongoing. I hope you’ve enjoy the site and posts throughout the year and those in recent weeks.

If you want to help me and the site, you can make one-off donation either via Paypal here or Ko-Fi which can be done here. You can also become a monthly Patron of the site. I have a page to do it here. You can cancel anytime.

Woolwich estate rebuild was recently covered

Last year I was humbled by generous support from readers which has continued throughout the year. Some site income to keep this place going comes from ads – though this year has been poor. A battered economy and more browsers blocking adverts has reduced funds from that source.

Last week I covered a project that will transform Woolwich in years to come

A big thanks to all the readers who get in touch and also those who support the site.
It’s all a big, big help. Have a great Christmas and thanks for reading. Plenty more posts will be put up in coming days. Yesterday I had a few on the go. Now it’s about 12 and I’ve spent eight hours researching them today alone!

Greenwich Peninsula has seen its fair share of coverage. 6,000 homes recently approved

Cheers everyone.

Running a site alone takes time and a fair bit of money. Adverts are far from enough to cover it and my living costs as a private renter.

You can support me including via Paypal here

Another option is via Patreon by clicking here

You can also buy me a beer/coffee at Ko-fi here

There's also a Facebook page for the site here

Many thanks

J Smith

I've lived in south east London most of my life growing up in Greenwich borough and working in the area for many years. The site has contributors on occasion and we cover many different topics. Living and working in the area offers an insight into what is happening locally.

    • I’ve made a donation. Thanks for shining a light into the murky corners of local government.
