Nice to see from the council. Off topic but doesn’t the new council building look an eyesore in that photograph? No civic pride from Greenwich Council. Is it any wonder so many businesses don’t care in the area? The authority doesn’t lead from the front and I’m sure it costs more in the long run.
They have the tools to keep it clean and it wouldn’t even cost money for a lot of it! Get the jet wash out they bought recently. The building is filthy, signs and poles bent and tape holding stonework on. It’s just a mess really when not even 10 years old.
It is good news to see that Children in the Borough were offered a free meal. I hope the free meals will continued to be provided for schools in the Borough for children.
This will be a great help to parents as many who work are on low incomes too.
