Fallen tree halts Southeastern services

A fallen tree at Albany Park station has resulted in no trains towards Kent on the Sidcup line.

According to Southeaster, the size of the tree ensures staff with chainsaws have been called to the site.

They state:

“If you’re travelling to Sidcup:

Catch train to Dartford/Slade Green, and change for alternative trains running up the Sidcup Line towards London.

If you’re travelling from Sidcup:

Take a train to Lewisham, where you can change for trains to Slade Green/ Dartford.”
