Vehicle topples over blocking Woolwich ferry
An accident in Woolwich at the Woolwich ferry roundabout has seen access blocked.
A vehicle is on its side on the central reservation with emergency services on scene.
Police state that the driver has been taken to hospital though his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
The cement mixer is also over the southbound carriageway.
There are warnings of traffic delays in the area.
