An adjacent school can be seen which Greenwich Council is proposing to close.
Also visible is the nearby Transport for London joint development beside Kidbrooke station where around 100 homes are due to be occupied right about now out of 400 soon to be complete. Work on a further couple of hundred will bring totals there to 619.
Other Kidbrooke Village sites are now seeing the scaffolding coming down including plots in Phase 4 (Waterlily Court) and another in Phase 3 located some way from the rest of that phase.
Phase 2 is someway behind even phase 4 with work now underway on homes there too.
Plans for Phase 5 were approved in January this year and cover the area outlined in green below.
That’s not it for Kidbrooke though as Greenwich Council are working on three substantial sites.
Two adjacent sites sit opposite Aldi near the Kidbrooke junction and station.
In total thousands of homes are underway across Kidbrooke at this moment.
