Since then L&G did little to progress plans.

Amro Partners acquired the retail park in 2024 with 1,000 homes potentially due on site.

Consultation events are planned next week on both Thursday 13 February between 5pm-8pm and Saturday 15 February between 10am and 2pm.

The venue is 70 Loampit Vale in the Carper Direct unit. Note this is not one of the larger units in the retail park but a smaller shop along Loampit Vale. Details can be found here.

According to the consultation website plans are due to be submitted later this year with construction starting in 2026.

As a private renter living costs are very high and ads bring in relatively little to the site. I run it alone, and you can support me through Paypal with a one-off or monthly donation here

Another option is via Patreon with offers monthly payments by clicking here

Finally there's the Ko-fi option

Many thanks

There's also a Facebook page for the site here
