Lewisham retail park development to see new consultation events
Consultation events are to held next week on potential plans for around 1,000 homes on Lewisham retail park.
Legal and General secured planning approval six years ago to build towers on site with 536 homes.

Since then L&G did little to progress plans.
Amro Partners acquired the retail park in 2024 with 1,000 homes potentially due on site.

Consultation events are planned next week on both Thursday 13 February between 5pm-8pm and Saturday 15 February between 10am and 2pm.
The venue is 70 Loampit Vale in the Carper Direct unit. Note this is not one of the larger units in the retail park but a smaller shop along Loampit Vale. Details can be found here.
According to the consultation website plans are due to be submitted later this year with construction starting in 2026.
